This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) govern the use of the Remindion mobile application (“Application”) provided by Remindion (“Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement and Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this Agreement.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
You may not:
Upon sale or transfer of your device, you must remove the Application.
All intellectual property rights in the Application, including software, design, text, and logos, are owned by the Developer. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
